The virus known as influenza has been around for thousands of years. Yet, no one on the face of the earth has ever been able to beat or destroy this damaging virus. This virus has become unstoppable, and has stood the test of time. Now what does this have to do with building your email list?
Well building your email list should have the same characteristics and dynamics of the influenza virus. What makes the flu virus so unstoppable is its ability to produce an unlimited number of new strands every year. This virus constantly mutates and forms new strands, making it hard for researchers to counteract its destruction.
Your list building efforts should also have this constantly changing aspect to it . In the same way the flu virus constantly makes new strands, you also want to consistently make new viral implementations to your list building efforts that will gradually increase the growth and momentum of your list overtime. These little small viral implementations will make the growth of your email list unstoppable.
The viral list building implementations should include any method, strategy, or technique that has the power to exponentially grow your email list just from others passing your information or link around. Making new viral implementations will actually build an automatic list building machine, making your list appear as if it has a life of its own! Your list will actually become a living, breathing, cyber organism that has the goal of conquering as much of its niche as it can! It will function as an actual flu virus.
Now listed below are a couple of ways you can make viral implementations to your list building efforts. Consider each of these new implementations as viral strands, where if one strand is conquered, the others are still actively and virally working for you. You want to create as many of these viral strands of marketing as you can. Make sure you implement each of these methods below into your list building campaign.

Next, you should supercharge method #1 by having jv partners and affiliates pass around your free product. One way you can do this is by branding the free product with a link that will make your affiliates, and your jv partners commissions. This is known as an affiliate program, and it is one of the most powerful forms of viral marketing right now!
